Spicy Shrimp Tacos
These spicy shrimp tacos ft ALF Spicy Hot Seasonings will have you begging for more!
You will need:
* 25 medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
* 1 1/2 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 tablespoon mined garlic
* 1/2 teaspoon ALF spicy hot seasoning
* 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
* 1/4 teaspoon chili powder
* 1 lime
* 1 fresh avocado
Instructions:
1. Mix together in a large bowl; olive oil, cumin, garlic, ALF seasoning, onion and chilli powder
2. Add in shrimp and toss to coat completely.
3. Heat skillet on med-high heat. Add the spicy shrimp mixture to skillet. Cook until shrimp is firm. About 5 mins.
4. Turn off heat. Heat tortillas separately.
5. Top tacos with a squeeze of lime and sliced avocado.
Fiery Pepper Shrimp
Enjoy a delicious Thai inspired dish that can be prepared in less than 25 minutes!
You will need:
* 1lb deveined, peeled shrimp
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 medium onion thinly sliced
* 3 cloves chopped garlic
* 3 tablespoons Roasted Chili Paste
* 1 tablespoon ALF Spicy Hot Smoked Herring seasoning salt
* 1/2 tablespoon ALF Spicy Hot Pepper Sauce
Instructions:
1. Heat large skillet over medium heat. Add oil and heat.
2. Add garlic and onion and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add seasoned shrimp and toss; add Roasted Chili Paste & Pepper Sauce stir fry shrimp until cooked.
4. Add garnish. Serve over rice and enjoy!
Spicy Chicken & Sausage Gumbo
In the mood for a satisfying southern dish? Well you’re in luck! Thanks to this remixed recipes from B Coop ft ALF Spicy Hot Seasoning Blend!
You will need:
* 1 lb smoked sausage (sliced or diced)
* 1 lb boneless skinless chicken
* 12 oz cut okra and tomatoes
* 1/3 cup vegetable oil
* 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 finely diced onion
* 1 finely diced green bell pepper
* 2 finely diced celery stalks
* 2 Tablespoons chopped green onions
* 1 Tablespoon minced garlic
* ALF Spicy Hot seasoning
* 8 cups chicken stock or broth
* 1 Tablespoon onion powder
* 1 Tablespoon garlic powder
* Creole or Cajun seasoning to taste
* 1/2 tsp Gumbo file
* Cooked white rice
Instructions:
1. Brown sausage in a skillet
2. Remove sausage and set aside
3. Season the chicken with 1 Tablespoon of Cajun seasoning; add 1 tablespoon of ALF Spicy Hot seasoning
4. Cook chicken in the same pan used for sausage
5. Remove the chicken and set aside.
6. Add in the cut okra and tomatoes
7. Stir until the okra is no longer slimy
8. Set aside
9. In a large, heavy bottom stock pot, Add and heat oil
10. Consistently stir on a medium high heat until the roux is a dark coffee color
11. Once oil fully heats, whisk in the flour
12. Turn off the heat
13. Add in the “Holy Trinity” (onion, bell pepper, celery). Green onions are also optional
14. Saute veggies until tender
15. Turn heat back on a medium setting
16. Add in the cut okra, tomatoes, and sausage
17. Stir in the chicken stock and bring it to a low boil
18. Add the chicken into the mix
19. Lower heat to a simmer
20. Cover and let simmer for 1 hour
21. Add in the onion powder, garlic powder, ALF Spicy Hot Seasoning, Creole and ALF spicy Hot Seasoning to taste
23. Stir and allow to simmer, uncovered, for 30 more mins to an hour
24. Turn off the heat
25. Stir in gumbo file
26. Serve over rice

Spicy Hot Sweet Potato
Excite your palate with a bit of sweet heat! If you enjoy sweet potatoes with a twist then you’ll definitely want to try this recipe for an amazing fusion of sweet and spicy! It is healthy and packed full of flavor! Perfect to serve as a side dish or mid-day snack.
You will need:
* 4 large sweet potatoes
* 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
* 1 tablespoon brown sugar
* 3/4 teaspoon salt
* 1/2 teaspoon paprika
* 1/2 teaspoon ALF Spicy Hot Seasoning
* 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
* Parsley leaves
Instructions:
1. Place sweet potatoes in a large bowl and drizzle with oil.
2. Add to a non stick baking sheet
3. Coat sweet potatoes evenly with the remaining mixture of ingredients.
4. Bake for 20 minutes - be sure to flip potatoes half way through!
5. Lightly brush on ALF Spicy Hot Pepper Sauce and bake for another 5 minutes!
6. Garnish with parsley
Spicy Gravy (For Chicken or Beef)

You will need:
* ½ cup frying oil
* 1 cup flour
* 1 tablespoon ALF Spicy Hot Seasoned Salt
* 1 teaspoon ALF Spicy Hot Fried Pepper Sauce
* 1 large onion, chopped
* 4 1/4 cups hot water
Instructions:
1. Heat frying oil over medium heat.
2. Mix flour and ALF Seasoned Salt, and add ALF Spicy Hot Fried Pepper Sauce
3. Add onion and hot water
4. Cook, stirring until it thickens and season with ALF Seasoned Salt, if needed
5. Add meat and simmer for 30 minutes

You will need:
* 1 baguette French bread, cut into 1-inch slices
* 1 cup diced plum tomatoes, drained
* 2 green onions, chopped
* 2 tablespoons fresh basil cut into thin strips
* 1 teaspoon olive oil
* ½ teaspoon ALF Spicy Hot Fried Pepper Sauce
* ALF Seasoned Salt to taste
* 1 cup herb-seasoned bread stuffing mix

Instructions:
1. Preheat broiler.
2. Place bread slices on broiling pan and broil until lightly toasted on both sides; set aside.
3. In a medium bowl, combine tomatoes, cheese, green onions, basil, olive oil, ALF Spicy Hot Fried Pepper Sauce, and ALF Seasoned Salt & other toppings of choice ; gently mix with a fork until blended.
4. Mound mixture generously atop toasted bread and serve immediately.
